About me and my practice

BSc hons (Psychology), Dip (Counselling), MBACP (Reg)

I am an experienced, qualified and registered Person-centred/Trauma informed Counsellor. I work holistically, with Individuals and teens.

I have a private practice, as well as working as a lead counsellor in schools, with teenagers.

I am experience working with Criminal Justice Substance Misuse with clients in recovery from addiction - opiate/non-opiate/alcohol.

I also work with clients with historic childhood abuse/trauma.

Experience

I work with a variety of clients issues including abuse, anxiety, depression, parental alienation, bereavement, bullying, family Issues, OCD, PTSD, EUPD, relationship Issues, self esteem , self harm, separation and divorce, sexuality, stress, trauma, eating disorders, work related issues.

Qualifications

Bsc psychology (Hons)
Level 3 counselling skills
PGDip level 4 Therapeutic counselling
PGDip level 5 Attschment based psychotherapy
